DMCA Policy

This DMCA Policy is intended to inform users of our website for therapy and merchandise sales (the “Site”) about our compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”) and to describe the procedures that we follow in responding to claims of copyright infringement.

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material upon receipt of a valid notice of copyright infringement. If we remove or disable access to material in response to a notice of copyright infringement, we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the owner or administrator of the affected site or content, so that they may make a counter notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notification to our designated copyright agent at the address provided above. Your counter notification must comply with the DMCA, which may be found at 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

To be effective, your counter notification must include the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;

4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district court for the Southern District of New York if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement; and

5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter notification, we will promptly forward it to the party who submitted the original notice of copyright infringement. If we do not receive notice within ten business days that the submitter of the original notice seeks a court order to prevent further infringement of the material, we may replace or cease disabling access to the material that was removed or disabled.

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers or to take other appropriate action as we may determine in our sole discretion.
